Knife Skills Class

Chef Dan Rothstadt of Zwilling, will be here from New York, introducing the fundamentals of good knife skills. Chef Dan will teach us what makes a quality knife.

We will discuss what knife to use for every task and practice a variety of important knife tasks including: the circular/rocking motion, cutting julienne, cutting brunoise, dicing, and more.

Chef Dan will also provide advanced instruction, breaking down a chicken. Participants will receive a new cutting board and knife to take home also!
