Fish! Something Different

Chef Dan Rothstadt of Zwilling JA Henckels, New York will be here to share essential cooking techniques and some tricks of the trade.

During this class we will cook new and different dishes for halibut and salmon, while learning to choose cookware for specific dishes. There will. be at least 3 dishes to prepare.

Participants will learn the ins and outs of cooking in Staub Cast Iron and multi layered Demeyere stainless steel cookware, and more. 

We will go over features and benefits of a few items, teaching you how to get better and more successful at food prep and reduce food waste.

Participants will leave with a special gift just for for participating in this event!
